Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We kindly accept returns on general sized items. Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the original purchase date. If 10 days have passed since your original purchase date, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for commissions, custom pieces, or accessories.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your general sized item must be in the original condition that you received it. It must also include the original tag attached. The item should not show any signs of wear.

Shipping

We do not provide return postage at this time. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed the same day. We do not refund original shipping costs. Your refund will only include the original amount paid for your item and any applicable sales tax.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please send us an email about the defective item within 3 days of receiving it and provide photos of the damage in your initial email.
